Refund policy

14 DAYS RETURNS POLICY

The Gold Centre endeavours to provide high quality products at all times. Upon receipt, if you change your mind or you do not like the item, please return the item to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Please note the following:

  • Due to hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery items are non-refundable
  • Contact us prior to returning an item to start the returns process
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • Items must be unworn or unused
  • Items must be in their original packaging and unopened (where appropriate)
  • The buyer is responsible for postage costs
